So recently my laptops ram, died, and I was wondering,  wich ram should I replace my old ram?

 it depends, an old laptop could have settled ram so before buying you should disassemble your laptop and then you can decide which ram you want to buy.

also by disassembling you can see if your laptop support more than one module and see if you can upgrade your capacity of ram
