It's been a while since I built my PC (2 years in fact), and my friend has asked me to plan and build a $700 rig to replace his Mac. He wants to be able to play mainstream AAA titles, like BF1, Rainbow Six, PUBG, and Insurgency Sandstorm (when it comes out). Building is no problem, but I haven't really kept up with the budget market for the last two years, and am pretty unfamiliar with what's currently out there. This is what I have so far

I kept an extra chunk of money to pay for a good budget keyboard (suggestions appreciated), and a windows key from Kinguin or the like (don't sass me pls)

Budget could probably be expanded by a max of $50, but staying fully under $700 would be appreciated

list coming up.

oh yeah, meant to put dual channel ram, nice catch

I would like to find a better case, just threw in mine as a placeholder. Only spent $8 on an extra fan

New PSU suggestion appreciated

Just a quick question, what does it mean if the PSU is tier 3? Also, will 450 be enough for potential future upgrades?

Tier 3 on the list, check someones sig, i dont have it.

450 is enough for some upgrades. No sli or 1080 ti but enough for a rtx 2070 prob. New cards run with less power each manufacturing process.

7nm ryzen will be really power efficent.
