whenever i go to boot up a computer it goes right to the uefi and wont boot windows cant figure out why. if i try restarting the laptop it just goes back to the uefi in a loop

Has this started recently? Can you see your boot drive while in UEFI? If not, you may have dead drive or dead connector.

2. What is your system specs?

3. Have you changed any system or bios settings?

4. Also what have you tested currently?

yes the boot device shows up in the uefi. it started yesterday no i have changed the hardware as it is a laptop. as for the specs it is an amd a6-7310 apu with radeon R4 graphics and 8 gigs of ram as for bios settings i did but have since changed them back. i have tried power cycling the laptop as well as resetting the bios settings within the bios
