What's your budget like? Also, why don't you go for a A320 motherboard (which is cheaper), and get a Ryzen 3 2200G? It will pretty much cost you the same.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X | MOBO: MSI B450 Tomahawk GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800XT | RAM: GSkill Trident Z DDR4 3600Mhz | PSU: ADATA Core Reactor 850W 80+ Gold | CASE: Fractal Design Meshify C MONITOR: LG 32UL500-W 4K 60Hz, Gigabyte M27Q 1440p 165Hz

Any reason you're getting the A6-9500E?  I'd much sooner get a used 4th gen i5 - it would be close to twice as fast.  Or save up some more money and get an R3 1200 or an i3-8100 - basically I wouldn't spend money on an old AMD chip like that one.

It performs significantly better than the A6. Also, what is your use like? Gaming or just general use?

Any gaming  won't  be  more  than  1080p  and more intense  than  say mine craft  and a little  bit  of  word processing  and  general  use

Considering your budget, here's the build I would recommend for you. You don't need a dedicated GPU for your use, in my opinion.
