Terraria server help

So I'm going to be making a 24/7 terraria server for some discord and other game clan buddies. There's going to be about 60 people I'm guessing from a straw poll I put in each discord server. I'm currently running it on my laptop which is a 2c/2t 2.2ghz/2.7turbo, 16gb ddr3 computer. 

 

I was wondering what would be a good, low powered CPU that could run the terraria server for upwards of 75 people? I have plenty of parts laying around to put either a ddr3 or ddr4 computer together.

What parts do you have?

 

Id also look into a vps as its has a more stable power and internet and they they can't ddos you.

i got everything minus the cpu and mobo

Make sure you also have the upload to sustain 75 people. Are you planning on vanilla terraria or modded?

 

I found an upload of 10mbps could just barely handle 50 people on a minecraft server.
