Who recognizes this Windows 7 Icon?

Alexokratis

Hi everybody,

I have a slightly weird Question here...

Does anybody know what this Icon is used for in Windows 7?

It just came up after a clean Install of Windows 7 in the Task-Bar (we are having Problems here at this company with OS-Installations anyway)...

Thanks!

Why not click on it and find out? Perhaps it's changing screen resolution.

took longer to boot the dang box than to find it, but here's a low res equivalent, from a dutch windows 7 box:

(thats "screen resolution" by the way)

EDIT: and here's the full one from control panel, that's probably where it's pointing:

Okay, so we solved the Problem... Kinda...

Windows 7 did obviously not install properly and mixed up all the Icons (as you can see in the picture...)20180816_104018.thumb.jpg.86dbd6779f53b5d23edb05422830dec9.jpg

This Icon was assigned to the windows meida Player (dont ask me why), the windows explorer icon in the left represents the Internet-Explorer and the thing in the middle is the Windows-Explorer...

We will try to install again, but thanks for all the answers!!

Have a nice day =)
