Hello!
I have been spending the last week or so researching a proper build, and I have finally pieced together something I feel is pretty solid, and I would like to try to buy the parts within the next 48 hours as I'm really in a hurry to keep up on some good deals, so please hurry in responding!
I've done a bunch of checks to make sure everything should work together, utilizing both websites such as pcpartpicker and manual spec. research, but I would love if some of the more experienced builders out there checked over my build.
(Specs at the bottom).

Be my guardian angel(s)! Pretty please.
I would greatly appreciate it if this wonderful community would help me out by checking the build I put together and making sure everything actually fits together, works together, has the proper connections, right wires, etc. especially considering this is my first build and I'm really sticking my neck out price wise for this, and would hate to realize something didn't fit together or that something was missing.

Some general questions I'd also like answered:

  • Do I need to buy any extra cables for anything and everything?

Be it for the connection between the graphics card to the PSU, from the graphics card to the monitor, from the motherboard to the PSU, for setting up the USB ports, or for something that I completely missed and don't even know to ask about.

  • Will my motherboard and GPU be able to fit in the case?

Some of the spec. number crunching I've done has lead me to believe that there would be a 0.1" clearance between the width of the case and width of the graphics card, with the card measuring 15.5” × 7.7” × 3.8” (I think L x W x H, the manufacturer didn't specify) and the box measuring 18.45" x 7.87" x 17.89"(LxWxH). But the case manufacturer also listed a 400mm / 16.14" "Graphics Card Clearance", which would mean that I would be 1" in the clear. Should I just get a bigger box or am I freaking out over nothing?

  • Will my CPU or GPU throttle each other in mild performance? i.e. outside of playing GPU or CPU bound games.

I hadn't even realized this was a serious possibility until I stumbled over a couple of videos from yours truly on the issue; but I'm unsure if this is a serious possibility with the configuration I want in my build. Is it a serious risk to the extent that I should look for a different combination entirely? Especially since I'm extremely satisfied with the CPU I have, and the graphics card is also quite nice, and I'm already aware of the fact that one of my components, either my CPU or GPU, will be the limiting factor depending on the type of game I play.

  • Do I have enough PCI PCIe and SATA ports to fit everything?

I don't really understand what these are too much, I get that it's the certain connections, but they were very difficult for me to keep track of and I could really use someone to double check that I do indeed have enough places to plug things into.

  • Do I need to buy additional thermal paste?

The CPU cooler comes with the CPU (thanks, AMD!), and is the AMD Wraith Stealth Cooler. I heard it comes with thermal paste, but should I buy extra anyways, or no?

  • Should I buy a sound card?

Or would the audio I have with the motherboard work as well as advertised? I'm not really an audiophile, and I don't even have headphones. I have some nice earbuds though. In all honesty I've given this very little thought, I guess it's just so easy to get wrapped up in everything else.

  • Do I need any extra configuration for a future microphone?

Also here's a crazy Google spreadsheet I made; warning, it's messy.

  • Inland iC301 Mouse and Keyboard Gaming Combo
  • Acer KG240 24" Full HD 144Hz DVI HDMI DP FreeSync Gaming LED Monitor

That's everything! (Or so I think, there might be questions I don't yet know to ask...)
Thank you so much for the help everybody, I really appreciate it!

If you get a freesync monitor, get a rx 580 8gb.
