Budget Video Editing Laptop Recommendations

Hey everyone,

 

Looking for a budget laptop that can edit 1080p videos using Premiere Pro. I'm fairly new to editing so I'm not sure the minimum specifications needed. I'm currently using a Lenovo Yoga 710 with a dual-core i7-6500U processor and Intel HD 520 and it struggles just running Premiere Pro. My budget is around £1000, I think that's around 1200 USD. I would also like to be able to play Overwatch at least on medium settings. Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

Don't want anything too heavy, preferably something below 3kg, 8 hours of battery life is preferred but not necessary
