its more when ive been playing overwatch and more recently my computer makes like a glitching noise through the audio and my screen studders along. you can hear and see it in my recording of overwatch today:

i just built this computer a couple of months ago but i noticed it happened on my laptop as well. could this be a overwatch issue? it could be a nvidia setting but idk what it could be.

does it happen while nothing else on the machine is running? no background tasks and no screen reconding or streaming.

on my laptop i can defiantly tell you it affected the os. like the stuttering would continue after the game when it got really bad but i have yet to conclusively notice it on my desktop. restarting the computer kinda fixes it but the longer i leave my system on/asleep the worse i find it can get. i will do a memtest86 again just to double check

ok well thats not entuirely what i asked , i asked if it happens while you're attempting to do more tasks than just the game by itself

you asked originally if i have anything else running and no i dont. i dont like having anything extra running on my computer. also to if it happens when i run other tasks, as i said i have yet to conclusively notice it on my desktop when not running the game. thanks for your help you gave me the idea of running windows in safe mode to assure it isnt a software issue
