what's your budget? it'll work but you're much better off putting the budget on your other components instead.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W

No need to post a screen capture. Above the list on the left is a Permalink, that could be posted instead. Better yet, slick on the [bb] button in the middle above the list and paste the contents.

There should be no need to buy additional thermal compound, the H100i Pro comes with a pre-applied pad.

You might consider an Obsidian 500D RGB SE case as it comes with a lighting node pro module.

G3 psu apparently have some issues and are not as quiet as some of the competition. Consider an RMx or Focus Plus Gold instead.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Ive chosen an rmx psu but i would really like to stick with the 460x as it looks much better in my opinion. also the lighting node pro cant connect to the rgb strips...

I apparently erred on the 500D RGB SE case. It comes with a Commander Pro, not a Lighting Node Pro.

Yeah i noticed. It seems like a better case for the money its just ugly imo. The only problem with the 460x is cable management...

Everything looks fine.

Did you consider Corsair - Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200  instead of Vengeance RGB. It's a newer design with more sophisticated lighting.

Im considering an m.2 ssd so i will hace less cables and more space. Possibly the one in this build. It says compatibility check but idk what the compatibility message means. Pls take a look.

Thx.

Thx.

The notes indicate that there is a limitation on the total number of drives supported by the system. Two M.2 drives are supported. Depending on the number and type of M.2 drives installed, up to 2 of the 6 SATA III connectors may be disabled.

So all its telling me is i can only have 2 m.2 ssd cards? Also i just did some research and found out sata lll will be a bit slow for what ill be trying to do, so i decided to go with a pci express 3.0 card. Will this free up sata ports?

Samsung MZ-V7E250BW and Western Digital WDS256G1X0C would be better and less expensive choices.

As to freeing up SATA ports, what difference does it make if the transfer speed is to low for requirements?

What is so special about the mx500? Also I'm willing to bet I can't afford one of the new release cards, but will the new you drop lower the price of the older gpus?

The MX500 offers great value at a low price.

If you can't afford the new cards, the new ones will likely have the old ones in clearance sale.

Just found this https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-970-EVO-250GB-MZ-V7E250BW/dp/B07BN5FJZQ/ref=pd_aw_vtph_147_tr_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=H77YH17WVEGRDGV8THMK

For only about $40 more I think an nvme drive would be a better drive. I just wanna make sure I get something that will work with my motherboard. If I get this will I still be able to run an elgato hd 60 pro?

It'll work, but it'll make no difference, except if you have a RED camera and are handling 8K footage.
