Mini PC with Storage Solution Setup Help

Hello everyone I'm working on a setup for a family friend he was looking for a solution for his TV and Movie collection which are all digital files I have already done some research on my own but was wondering if some experts had some suggestions

Okay so laying it out he wants a 5 - 10 TB capacity smaller solution so like a NAS but wired it should look kind of pretty (Just not industrial) and fit on a shelf.

He is looking for something that he could move and plug into another computer without too much trouble

The storage device should be HDD and should be able to use WD Black performance drives preferably with two or more slots

it should have very high transfer speeds and USB 3.0 and Thunder Bolt 3.0 or 2 capabilities for plug and play with other computers around the house

The PC should be about the size of an IMAC but windows and should spec out around 8GB RAM and a cpu that wont have trouble playing 4k video and regular everyday computer usage

The PC dosent have to have a lot of internal storage but should have at least 64GB of internal storage (Preferably M.2) With Thunderbolt 3/2 port or ports on the back

Also he needs a pretty beefy USB WiFi adapter (External) which i think I've already found but would be open to suggestions on

What exactly do you want?

Do you want a das, thats what it seems like you want.

Id go usb3 as its much cheaper than thunderbolt and basically the same speed for hdds. Just get a external 8tb hdd and you should be fine. You don' t need a high performance drive for movies. Get anouther drive or a cloud service for backups.
