Custom Phone

So I was watching YouTube and I Saw a youtuber (StrangeParts) create a Custom Iphone 6S. I thought it would be cool do do this to a phone. But how would I go forward with it? I don't plan on it being my daily driver (Unless it all works out) but I want to have an eye catching phone. The Person in the video lives in China and he even says that he has access to everything. So where could I get these things? (Other than Phone) Also I think Linus should do a project phone like a project Pixel

You can always go to Shenzhen and get the same place he goes to.

Else than that, you can try your luck with AliExpress and eBay, and hope for the best.
