Just get the CL16 one cause the ram prices are still broken and you wont see big difference between cl14 and cl16

CL14 and CL16 timings do have a noticeable difference, but for $50 and a Ryzen 5 1600, that performance isn't worth the $50. Look for cheaper 3000MHz its that may have better timings. If not, get the cheapest CL16.

The CL14 kit is likely Samsung B-die and thus much more likely to actually be able to run its rated speeds with the Ryzen 1600. The performance difference between CL14 and CL16 is negligible, but the compatibility is a significant advantage.

 

Not sure it's worth $50 extra though.
