computer crashs after 10 secs on booting and keeps restarting!

hi,

 

Just finished cleaning my PC. Just with air and now its not able to boot. It lasts for 10 secs before turning off. then it restarts it self.

 

Any help on this would be great

Potentials:

 

1) Air moved a component that was already loose

2) Dust under contacts in such a way that it causes an error

3) Motherboard short to case

 

Suggestion:

 

Look for the obvious since the cleaning was physical and nothing to do with software.  If nothing, teardown, rebuild.
