I have this issue with windows taskbar not hiding itself fully, so if I have a window minimized, there will always be few pixels sticking out, and it annoys the crap out of me. Is there any way to fix it?

This has been a thing with windows for a LONG time, even before Windows 7. The taskbar was never truly 100% hidden, it always showed a pixel or 2 of it at the bottom of the screen.

There are third party tools you could use, like WinAero Tweaker, but short of getting rid of the taskbar entirely or using a third party UI shell, I don't think it's possible
