Do you already have it, or are you looking to buy it?
I would not recommend spending any money on 'upgrading' an AM3+ system. Save the money towards an AM4 motherboard + Ryzen CPU + DDR4.

If it's 10 euros, get it. You will need a good PSU and cooler to handle the FX processors.

For 10 euros it's a pretty decent deal, even if it is just to have as a spare motherboard if your existing one dies.
