Ive wanted to upgrade to an SSD for some time now but i dont really know which are better and which are worse other than the obvious speed and price difference. So before going out to buy an SSD i though i might as well ask which one i should pick.

I am located in Serbia and cant really use online services like amazon so ill be shopping from this site: https://www.emmi.rs/ssd.10.html?categoryId=523

Ps. The currency used is dinars and 1$ = 100 dinars

Thanks in advance!

Forgot to include:

SSd is going into a pc, Sata 3 connector and 250gb or larger, and id be willing to spend around 70$

Which physical interface will you be using? SATA or M.2/NVMe

Is this in a laptop or desktop?

Unless you really thrash your storage a lot there's not necessarily a massive improvement in responsiveness in going from a SATA based SSD to a NVMe one but eith will be a massive step up from a conventional hard disk.

So 7000 dinars? Assuming I've translated that site correctly, if you want over 250gb then there is only one on that site that is showing for around that price and it's https://www.emmi.rs/ssd-ssd-sata3-256gb-transcend-ssd230s-560-520mb-s.11.html?productId=60310

If you don't mind going 240gb then https://www.emmi.rs/ssd-ssd-sata3-240gb-wd-green-series--545mb-s.11.html?productId=70562 or the ADATA https://www.emmi.rs/ssd-ssd-sata3-240gb-adata-ultimate-su650-520-450mb-s.11.html?productId=70561 is a bit cheaper.

They both have 3 year warranties (at least in the UK, not sure about where you are). The Crucial MX500s are also a good price here normally, but they look like they are nearly 9k dinars on there for the 250gb version.

As someone else said, any of the reputable ones will likely be fine & all of them should be a huge step up from a spinning hard drive.
