Hi guys, im from spain and just joined the comunnity after several years of wathcing Linus and last year i built my first pc but have several problems wiith it that im gonna state.

First name my pc specs:

GPU: Asus Dual GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5

CPU: Intel Core i5-7500 3.4GHz BOX

RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 2133 PC4-17000 8GB CL14

Storage: 1TB HARD DRIVE, just this.

MOTHER BOARD: Asus h270- plus prime

POWER SUPPLY: 600W

First problem: i feel my pc is bottlenecked in all games, pubg 60-80 fps when i see lots of reviews where 1060 gets to 90-110 easy. Csgo caped at 150-200 when other easy get to 250 easy. Tried to overclock the gpu but obly makes it smoother in those ranges so something is making it no pass the bottleneck.

Second problem, loading times, i know is because i need an ssd or Nvm.2. But read to the end.

Third problem: cant use internet or other programs while gaming cause fps suffer a lot, and im really dissaponted with performance.

So i want a solution , i now have a 600-800€ budget to upgrade the system i really want good answers and thought process on what i have to change. I need experts i dont want to make same mistakes as before. I also want to stream while gaming. I have read and watched lots of guides, i thought i needed 16 gb of ram, maybe change the cpu or both, only get ssd, i dont know.

i game at 1080p 24 inch 144hz panel so 1060 shoulf be fine for sports games not triple A games i dont play.

Thats all thx.

p.d: sorry for the posible mistakes, my native language aint english.

p.d.2: if this aint the place for this post plz some mod move it to where it should, as i said ita the first time posting.

Personally i would go with this:

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700

Motherboard: Asus Prime X470-pro or Gigabyte X470 Aorous

RAM: any compatible DDR4 atleast 2666mhz kit 16GB

M.2 : samsung 970 Evo 250Gb

Also you could get a new CPU cooler like Noctua NH-D15 or AIO like NZXT X52

Thx for the info, i know the specs of all those components, but i would lile to alse hear the reasoning o those upgrades more than stating them, i can easy just waste the money but want to know why pick them instead of other or with lesser price.

Have you tried tried the command to uncap fps in csgo?

Also makes sure that when you are comparing pubg fps numbers you are comparing the same graphics settings and game version. You need to make sure your are upgrading for the right reason not just because some dude on the internet has higher fps numbers than you. Although if you have the money burning a hole in your pocket go for it, it is ultimately your money that you are spending.

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700

The latest generation of AMD CPUs, has 8 cores and 16 threads which means that it's good not only for gaming, but also streaming and workstation use. Furthermore it supports AMD StorageMI, SenseMI and has an unlocked multiplier, which means that you can overclock it with any AM4 motherboard ( even b350 and b450 chipsets support OC ).

To top it all off, AMD announced that they would stick to AM4 socket till 2020, so it has great upgrade path in the future.

Motherboard:

Asus Prime X470-pro or Gigabyte X470 Aorous

Featurewise they are basicly same, both support 2gen Ryzen CPUs out of the box and have solid VRMs ( 8+3 phase power delivery ) which mean that they are great overclockers, they support Sli/CrossFire, have NVMe M.2 slots and etc... ( Also they both have RGB lighting and WaterCooling support )

RAM: 2x8gb kit 3200mhz with low latency

You can choose RAM yourself depending on the colours and all, but while shopping please look carefully at RAM Latency, because all Zen CPUs love low latency & high frequency RAM. ( because of technology AMD calls InfinityFabric )
