I've tried reinstalling Windows 10 from my boot usb to my hard drive more times than I can remember today, and every time it justtells me the download is done, then takes me back to the installation screen again. I'm basically stuck in a loop with the windows setup, and I can't find my hard drive I've supposedly installed Windows on to boot from either. I'm completely lost

Thats probably because your priority boot device is your usb.

The hard drive is available in the bios, but it's not available as a Boot drive, even after formatting/reinstalling multiple times
