You cam cut down the Ram if you want to. The GPU is only to get Video out. You can grab any old GPU from the Used market id you want to.

250GB for OS and startup programs and important applications.

2TB to write recordings on to.

Good PSU so the system doesnt suddenly die on you

You are looking for something like this. I would go with a 1800x. Cheaper than a 2700x and still works fine. Else you could go for a 1600/2600 but I like to have more cores overall.

A GTX 1060 would fit your budget and get you your 1080p 60fps. 16 Gigs of ram. EVGA G2 PSU (my go to PSU). Cooler and Case are whatever floats your boat. I like noctua, I like not having the risk of my pump giving in or having a leak so I stick to air cooling. Case...well I know shit about the cases so someone else has to help you there

Yeah. Use the leftover cash to treat yourself an Rx 580 or GTX 1070

I would honestly spend the scrap on an X470 + 2700X for since the Wraith Prism will allow you to sit around 4.0-4.2ghz under heavy loads without having to OC.

You are not going to do Streaming + Recording + Gaming on a Ryzen 7 without the near 4ghz overclock without hitting a wall.

That requires a ton of compute and you really aren't going to do that much Ryzen 7 OCing on a B350 board unless the VRMs are honestly THAT good on it.

Even then, you will need to tweak the settings.

Just Recording and Just Streaming is fine though and it will do whatever you throw at it. The magic 3 will require some finesse.

Just my two cents.
