Indeed, though you don't need to break out of the vApp to get most of that information - it's a standard Xen hypervisor with residency ACL's of Server 2012, but the CPU and GPU configurations can vary - I've seen 32-core Xeon E5's and Tesla P60's on some of the remote machines. I believe they may be scaled differently depending on load and location.

 

Steam includes this information too, if you go to help > system information.

 

Were you able to run any other software on there or were there Software Restriction Policies in place to prevent it?
