Most ram sticks support XMP profile, and it doesn't void warranty for some like G.Skill; look for it in BIOS and enable it! :)

The problem is I just bought another stick and theyre different... And I think one doesnt have the XMP u know

I'd leave things default or match the clocks between the sticks manually. BSoDs can occur in a state like that and is not ideal!

You'd definitely be able to enable XMP and have no problems with any ram but because they're not matched, you can potentially crash with bad settings.
