I built my Ryzen 7/1080Ti System for both work and play. Its been 6 months since I built.I use it most for archviz work loads.

I use apps like Revit,3DS Max and Unreal engine for most the time.Untill recently I have been having a small issue.

The issue being my graphic card crashing all of a sudden while rendering and or running a game for eg Doom 2016.

The indicators are the "Gigabyte" LED blinking red as well as the monitor going off.As I have mentioned in the title, this phenomena occurs

occasionally. The last time it happened was 2 weeks ago.And before that it happened was bout a month or so ago.

I am running near latest end drivers i.e 398.11.And temps are fine.On both cpu and Gpu.While gaming/load card goes just a little above 54C and Cpu AT 50c

I have 2 questions now.1.Do I get the power supply checked or not?

                                      2. Shall I RMA the Gpu?

System specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 1700 @ 3.64Ghz

Asus Prime X370 PRO Chipset

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB @ 2933Mhz

Gigabyte GTX 1080Ti OC 11G

Corsair Rm850x 850W Gold Power supply.

You could try lowering the GPU's and its RAM's clocks, seeing if that stabilizes it or not. Go for e.g. 10% lower clocks -- if that fixes it, RMA it.
