Looking for games

So I am looking for some steam games that are free or less than $5 and require no internet. I would also prefer if they were light games. This so I can play them on my laptop so I have something to do on the go. Thanks!

I like the orginal fallout games, the top down ones. You can get the orginal collection on G2A for about $5  but they are $10 each on steam itself

I would do Shellshock Live, its mostly multiplayer, but it has a lot of singleplayer missons, its a very light game also and i think its 4.99 on steam, but dont quote me on that
