NEED MAJOR HELP PLEASE

Go to solution Solved by Glenwing,

ok, do I put them on a usb and just access them when im done booting?

Yes, download them on another computer and put them on a flash drive, they are usually executables.  Then run them on the other computer after you boot into windows like installing any other program.

So my mom bought windows 7 professional OEM and installed it for her, I chose the custom installation that removes everything off the hard drive, it boots into windows 7 professional and everything is gone and I thought all I needed to do now was just connect to the internet and I was wrong. Next thing you know no wifi driver and the whole network thing needed to be troubleshooted, then I wanted to fix the screen resolution because it was 800x400 and realized the Nvidia drivers were gone too. Im freaking out right now because thats my moms main source for her work. Any help please, just please!

Download the drivers from another computer, transfer it to a thumb drive, then use it to install on the computer.

That's what you do to get the drivers on there, if it doesn't work then there isn't much else to do, you won't have drivers.

Come back and tell us whats up

KK thanks guys! If I dont reply soon either I accidently fell asleep or she told me to get rest and fix it tomorrow.
