2700 would be closer in price, 2600 would open your budget up to either a vega 64 (slightly better) or a 1080ti (a lot better).  Also, get rid of that caviar blue, not a great HDD.  Get  barracuda 2tb.

the Z370-F is overpriced imo, the Z370 FTW is much better value if you don't mind not having RGB.also, superbiiz tends to charge alot for case delivery.
