Pc Wont turn on

So my computer wont start up but the led on my fans flick on then off

Possible faulty PSU maybe

Made sure everything is plugged in correctly and fully? Check if anything is shorting out the board. For example, are any parts of the case touching the board other than where the board standoffs are.

If you have any kind of overclock, try clearing the CMOS

What are your specs? Is there a click sound from the PSU when you turn on the system?

I didnt hear any click and 500w

I3 8100. Motherboard h110m gaming. 250g hhd gtx570 . No ram but did turn on before with out it to see if everything worked.s ram coming im mail
