Hi, I have question inreguards to my BIOS, I bought a acer tc-780 prebuilt computer. currently my bios are so basically that you cant edit a single thing other than like administrator passcodes and non performance thing, is there any way to get a better bios or something from like a download or anything?

you cant get a differnt bios.  only thing that i can think of is try removing the cmos battery and see if that gives you more access to things

I doubt it, unless someone's made a custom BIOS for that motherboard but...

a cmos battery is a watch battery that sits on your motherboard.  usally around the pcie express slot (where your gpu would go)  remove it wait 30 seconds then put it back in.  it basically resets the bios settings
