getting the i7 then swapping the HDD for a SSD would be the best option as ram doesn't make that big of a difference unless there is a super program using more (video editing or 100 tabs on chrome)

Depends on the i7, but it shouldn't matter. The second build is better

The first build has more ram, but the second has a 1070. We also have to know what exact i7 it is.

on the (I7 pc)

its 16 ram DDR3 can i still put in the 1070 even tho its DDR5 or is this pc below better then any of those
