NDI with OBS causes compression artifacts?

I've been using NDI for a few days now and for some reason it seems to cause artifacting. I haven't really found a solution, though I did find out if I do some ass backwards resizing, I can minimize the amount of artifacts that are present.

This screenshot is taken straight from the streaming PC's preview (not an encoded video) https://i.imgur.com/787KOtF.jpg

If I use NGINX and broadcast to VLC, these are the results using the exact same settings otherwise https://i.imgur.com/VGMzDw7.png

As you can see, switching from NDI to NGINX fixes the issue. However, NGINX seems to have a disconnecting issue on my, which makes it unreliable and not an option.

Thoughts?
