Go there and post your issue. Its ran by Comcast out of their HQ. These guys get things done. Been with Xfinity for over a decade. I know how they work.

I am trying to get a modem activated and when I complete the steps on their website it just says this:

Sorry, we can't find this device.

Please give us a call at 1-855-652-3446.

We'll add this device and activate your service as quickly as possible.

P.s. I called the number and it was very unhelpful. It did nothing.

Call the tech support number. Then you should have to give them the mac address and serial number of the modem.

Also make sure the modem is on the supported device list.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

The Xfinity store gave me the modem.

That dont mean shit. The people that work at the stores are just as stupid as the ones who you call in to talk to. If you want it activated, your going to need to call it. The walled garden activation dont always work.

The Call in # is shit. I have called it 12 times and gotten nowhere. Their customer surface is so fucking bad. Trust me on this one. The modem works with Xfinity. it has their logo on it.
