Question about boot up

Hello. I'm posting this here because I don't know how to word it for a Google search. (I'm sorry)

 

After getting a new computer case, I bought a brand new Gigabyte motherboard and put it into the case. I set everything up and I turned the power on. Everything on the case on the components spring into action, but nothing shows up on my screen. No BIOS, no errors, and I installed the small speaker that came with the case and it's not making a sound (So I don't think there's anything rendering an error)

 

The symptoms my computer is having is:

It will start up, fans spinning, lights on, etc. However the fans don't seem to slow down like they'd do during boot up, and nothing is appearing on my screen. Please help!
