The only thing I would be worried about is if it gets too cold and creates condensation, I'd test it elsewhere first. But if you can keep that under control...

Yes condensation do not do this

Thats why you don't see anyone using AC as a cooler, it will condensate.

The condensations will destroy all connections / short any circuit.

Your CPU is running fine, 60's are normal temps for CPUs and more then safe. In the 80's for your GPU is ok, but I would look into upping your GPU fan curve so the fans kick in earlier and keep it a little cooler

Had mine kinda sit on my window seal. Opened the window and sealed it in with blankets and such. Way colder than an ac as it was winter in Kentucky. No issues.
