Can't boot to Nvme

I bought a new Nvme ssd Samsung Evo 970

The installation work half why but when the PC restarts

The the installation stops.

When PC is on I can see parts of windows 10 files on my evo970

But can't boot into it

I trained disabling raid and disconnecting all other drives

I add a text file to the post so you all can see my Bios settings 

 

This is my setup

Motherboard - ROG CROSSHAIR VII HERO
CPU - AMD Ryzen 2700X
RAM - HX430C15PB3K2/32
BootDrive  - X2 Samsung Evo 860 250GB

I did. The PC is losing the nvme but not continuing the windows installation
