iTunes won't load past error window.

I used to transfer music from windows PC to my iPhone through iTunes no problem even though i was getting 

"iTunes has detected a problem with your audio configuration. Audio/Video may not work properly" error. 
My PC has no audio, so error window is legit but clicking OK would open iTunes


Then sometime later iTunes wouldn't open past that error.
Tried Reinstalling, Tried Installing through Microsoft Store. Nothing Helps

I know my audio won't be fixed but if there's a way to ignore that error message and force iTunes to open?
