My system has problems that I can't solve.I know this problem is trivial, but I want to know if there is a solution.

I set the lock screen wallpaper, but whenever I boot this lock screen wallpaper does not show up. The lock screen wallpaper displayed is a default. If I lock my computer after booting up, it shows the lock screen wallpaper I set. Why is the lock screen wallpaper displayed every time I boot up is not the one I set.

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Personalization > Force display of specific default lock screen image.
