Make Google Chrome Thinner?

Hey,

 

So i was wondering, Is it possible to make Google chrome have thinner "bezels" Like this part.

Or even Hide the search window, Kind of like the task bar, When you move you mouse to the bottom of the screen, and the task bar pops up..

How did you get that?
I have tried some Dark chrome apps, But most of them kinda glitched out and would act weird.

Yeah I know. You can grab a theme from the chrome webstore. Like mine from the Thee Pupil.

no not extra just go to chrome://flags/ and copy paste those lines in search box and restart the browser twice
