Probably since a macro program records pretty much all buttons you can press on a keyboard but why would you want to bind it to those things when you can just do it normally (which is easier)

Anyways for FPS it’d be easier for you to get a mouse with only two big side buttons

 

Mice like the Naga are meant for MOBA gamers who need the extra macros, not FPS but you could still do it if you want to :D
