Sooo... today my CPU and ddr4 memory came in and I was so hyped (still am). I like put everything together and I have the media creation tool on my USB. Plugged it into my pc and it was like "bad driver...." and then I watched a guy on yt install windows. (u know, u have to install the windows on it and stuff like that. Yea I didn't) So I started downloading Windows and I just realized it will take more than 2-3 hours -_- FML

Yeah, the media creation tool is used to create the boot medium, as the name suggests. It's not a Windows image you can just slap on your USB drive and use to install Windows.

 

I'm pretty sure this isn't a question and should be a status update or in off topic though.

Is there maybe (just maybe) a way to make it go just a little faster. Its been 1 1/2 hours now and its at 47% -_-
