External Storage Device recommendation?

Hi

Here we have to pay a special Tax who should fund poor Artist like Lady Gaga and other. >:( The Tax depend on the Size of the Storage and the purpose.

Like a internal drive have less tax than an external drive ( 9_9 ) and if the are for TV Recording the Tax goes X times up...

That mean I have to put an drive into an Case. So whats the best option? A 256GB Stick Cost me ~50€. This M.2: WD Blue 3D NAND SSD 1TB M.2 2280 SATA III 6Gb/s Bulk cost ~200€ without a Case.
So get the SSD?
