Video suggestion

Recently i have been browsing aliexpress for no valid reason and i figured out that you can buy pretty much every pc component out there. Also i have seen the video about aliexpress graphics cards, and that made me thinking: Can you build a whole computer from parts bought on aliexpress and can you actually save some money buying parts from it?

Pretty sure you can. Same way you could get plane ticket to China, Taiwan or Hong Kong and go buy it yourself. Would it be cheaper? That depends on where you live. Or rather how your country handles imported electronics. Usually buying abroad brings issues when import fees and taxes are added.
