So I am going to build a new PC and have $750 to spend on the graphics card (probably going to get a 1080 Ti) and $750 to spend on everything else, can anyone help me with creating a balanced build without any bottle necking? Thank You

Looks good but the Cooler Master Hyper 212 would require a mounting adapter, is there any other cheap/good cpu cooler?

the ninja 4 is $40 and performs similar to high-end air coolers.
