So... what's the problem?

Want to know which mobo to get?

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

 

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

The fan isn't same as in pic. I guess thats case fan? Its designed to be use on that case alone, so its purpose built. You can still use it, you just need to get long screws or result to zipties or similar.
