Windows 7 and Coffee Lake isn't a supported configuration, so that's a thing. Aside from that, quicksync isn't something you have to enable in a driver or the OS itself. It should work fine, unless the software you're trying to use is too old. So what are you trying to use quicksync for?

Video encoding. Large scale, like 12tb of pirated crap and dvd rips I need to shrink. Yea amazingly it works better than 10. Only thing wrong is quicksync isn't detected by handbrake. Is there any other encoding program that will support h265 10bit with a ui?
