Gaming PC for under $500

I am from Austin, TX

My dad bought a system fr me last year for doing my homework and studies. But it simply isn't able to run games at even 60fps. Plz suggest me a build....

I am aiming to run the following games at 60+ fps.

My games of choice are pubg, fortnite, rise of the tomb raider and rocket league...and maybe some GTA V as well...

My current build is...

Budget fr my new system is $500. I might reuse some parts from my old system as well (case, SSD, ram).

Just upgrade the gpu. All else is still capable.

Sell the old gpu and buy moar ram.

I'd go for 4k so you never have to replace it.
