Gaming PC for under $500

Hi, I am Luke.

I am from Austin, TX

My dad bought a system fr me last year for doing my homework and studies. But it simply isn't able to run games at even 60fps. Plz suggest me a build....

I am aiming to run the following games at 60+ fps.

My games of choice are pubg, fortnite, rise of the tomb raider and rocket league...and maybe some GTA V as well...

My current build is...

CPU: Intel - Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master - Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
Motherboard: MSI - B250M GAMING PRO Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill - NT Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Storage: Mushkin - Source 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card: Asus - GeForce GTX 760 2GB Direct CU II Video Card
Case: Corsair - SPEC-02 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Super Flower - Leadex Gold 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply

Budget fr my new system is $500. I might reuse some parts from my old system as well (case, SSD, ram).

Buy an RX 580 with a 1080p 144hz Free-sync display. Or 4K 60hz free-sync display at closer to $300

I'd go for 4k so you never have to replace it.

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?
