Overclocking lecture from a AMD engineer

I created a new post this morning asking about safe ryzen over clocking and was given some good information the members of the forums, but this afternoon while looking around you tube while eating lunch i found this video of AMD engineer giving a unexpected tutorial to a bunch of hardware media members at the texas AMD campus. the information he gives is excellent for those looking to understand ryzen cpu and memory overclocking. scroll to 3.20 to get right to it hope you like it.
