New PC Build

jbigger

Want some builds I can reference off of around $1100. No monitors or peripheals, lots of video streaming, web browsing, and gaming. Games such like WoW, Fortnite. Would prefer Amazon prices and aim towards ryzen

US? If you're going to be streaming you probably want 2 monitors

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

If you're just gaming at 1080p the RX 580 will be fine, could drop the SSD to fit in a 1070ti/Vega 56 maybe.

You can install windows for free using their media creation tool.

I really wouldn't try too hard, next generation GPUs are coming out soon enough

Do you have a 1440p display? Because the RX 580 8GB is already pretty alright at 1440p.

Mostly just turn down AA/Shadow settings to greatly boost your fps. Or make use of render scales.

I do all my 4k gaming on an RX 580 8GB.
