DX11 Error?

When i opened my computer I got a VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR and I contacted Microsoft about it and they told me to rollback my drivers so i did. Everything seemed fine till i tried opening fortnite and it said that I needed DX11 version 10.00 to run the game. So I updated my drivers and i still had the error. I just got an error saying that my card doesn't meet the requirements to run the game. What should I do because is not just fortnite its every game
