Fourth Monitor Not detected

Go to solution Solved by tzxazrael,

so you have 2 HDMI and 2 DP, right?

and with 2 HDMI and 1 DP plugged in, it all works... and when you try to add the 2nd DP it doesn't detect?

but either of the DP works fine individually?

what if you unplug one of the HDMI... do both DP work then?

i think i recall something about the cards only being designed to run 3 screens at a time.

there are products designed to split a single video output into 3 screens, by convincing the OS to believe it's just a single unusually wide display. (google "triple head monitor adapter" ) but they're not exactly cheap ($350+).

Im trying to plug in a fourth display into my gpu (Gtx 960)

But only one of the display ports seem to work , and there are clearance issues between the hdmi and display port,

so it wont fit next to each other ,

Any ideas why the other display ports are not working?

thanks

So all the ports are working then?

If your issue is clearrence then buy a low profile HDMI Cable
