Personally, I would go with a Ryzen 7 2ndGen (more core and threads, therefore better multitasking), which means different mobo, with faster RAM. You would gain more OC capabilities and a new CPU architecture. Also, you don't have to spend money on CPU cooler since the AMD ones are nice and low profile.

For the M.2, I suppose you would use it for windows, but you still have a 1TB SSD, which I think can store windows with no problem :), so you could save 90$.

And maybe a bigger PSU, since it would be more future proof, and if you get a 750W one, the peak performance is at like 400-450W if I'm not mistaken, which is an important factor.

But those are just MY opinions, how I would do it. Then, of course, it depends on your needs.

That cpu cooler is going to struggle to keep up with that CPU especially if you do any overclocking at all. The power supply you chose while name brand isn't a very good psu. You would be better off going with a good 450-500w PSU over this.

I would go this route

This gets you the newer 6 core i5. A better cpu cooler, a better PSU, everything else is equal.
